Free mental health for kids and teens

We want to remind everyone that free mental health support is available to kids and teens in King County.

These services are here for you 24 hours per day. You can either call or text to get help:

- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 for immediate support 24/7 from local crisis counselors

- Teen Link: Teens can talk peer-to-peer with trained teen volunteers by calling or texting 866‑TEENLINK
